Questions

Before you get in touch

Do you have an office in Madrid?

No. We are an online service. We prepare your paperwork remotely, book your appointments in Madrid and brief you before each one, so you only travel to the official office when your presence is required.

Do you cover towns outside the city, like Alcalá, Getafe or Las Rozas?

Yes. We work for clients anywhere in the Community of Madrid. Padrón rules change from one town hall to another, and we check the one that applies to your address.

Which offices will I actually have to visit?

For NIE, TIE and EU certificates, a National Police office handling foreigners' documents, such as the unit on Avenida de los Poblados in Aluche or another police station in the Community. For the padrón in Madrid city, a Línea Madrid citizen service office. We tell you exactly which one and when.

Are you part of the government?

No. We are a private firm, run by Gestoría Beltrán Cifre SL, that prepares and files procedures for you. Official fees go to the administration and are never mixed with our fee.

Can you guarantee an appointment date in Madrid?

Nobody can. Appointments are released by the administration. What we can do is search persistently and make sure your file is complete, so the appointment counts.
