About Expat in Madrid
We make the administrative side of moving to Madrid manageable, so you can spend your first weeks settling in rather than queuing.
Who is behind it
Expat in Madrid is a service of Gestoría Beltrán Cifre SL, a Spanish gestoría that prepares and files administrative procedures. Our clients in Madrid include remote workers, international students, retirees, families and people starting out as freelancers.
An online service
We do not have an office open to the public in Madrid, and we do not need one to do the job well. Forms, fee payments, appointment searches and document reviews are all done remotely. We book your appointments at the Madrid police offices, the Línea Madrid citizen service offices or your town hall, and brief you so you arrive with everything in order.
Every case starts with a short review. You get a written plan with the procedures, the documents and the price before you pay anything. If something is outside what we do, we say so.
Our commitments
- We never promise appointment dates or decisions that depend on the administration.
- Official fees are always shown separately from our fee.
- We will not start a procedure that does not suit your case.
